HB Koge are a professional Danish football club who play in the second highest division in Denmark and are an integral part of  the Rush Soccer pyramid. Top players from Rush Soccer look to make this leap to European football with this Capelli Sport owned club.
Agger will be joined by his former national team-mate Lars Jacobsen who will take on the role of first-team coach.

What has Agger said?
Agger said: “I have been preparing for this day for a very long time. I feel like I stopped playing a few years too soon.
“Those years I have spent thinking about which way I would go in relation to football, and that is why I stand here today.”
Jacobsen added: “We knew we were going to throw ourselves into something together. We have been waiting for the right project, and we believe that this is it.”
What did Agger achieve as a player?
Agger joined Liverpool from Brondby in 2006 and spent eight years with the Merseyside club, clocking up 175 Premier League appearances.
During his time there, he won the 2006 FA Community Shield against Chelsea and the 2012 League Cup.  The 36-year-old has 75 caps to his name and played in the 2010 World Cup, as well as captaining the side at Euro 2012.
Good luck to Daniel as he takes on this new adventure in Denmark!
