NM Rush Strength and Conditioning Program

NM Rush Soccer Club has established the NM Rush Strength and Conditioning Program.  The NM Rush staff has implemented this program to give our teams the best opportunity to succeed on the field of play.  In today's game speed, agility, coordination, fitness, and strength are so important at each and every level.  NM Rush has implemented this program to allow teams to make strides in these areas during the fall and/or spring seasons in a 8 or 16 week specifically designed program tailored to your inidvidual team needs.

Program Design:

  • The program will include team training on strength, flexibility, speed, agility, conditioning, and nutrition.
  • Focusing on proper athletic development and injury prevention for improved performance.
  • Program length will be 8 or 16 weeks at one session per week.

Cost:

  • 8 week program is $650 per team (12-18 players)
  • 16 week program is $1300 per team (12-18 players)
