The NM Rush Elite Training Program (ETP) will begin March 17th (following the daylight savings time change) at Balloon Fiesta Park and run through the month of April. E.T.P. will run two session this spring for both U11-U14B&G and U15-U19B&G. These session will again be facilitated by various NM Rush D.O.C.'s and/or Technical Director as well as selected team head coaches this spring. Not only will the club be getting our top players together, but we will also be adding a coaching education component by selecting some of our team head coaches to assist in these trainings as well. Player invitations will go out the week of March 12th. These sessions are free for each player selected to participate in each month. If a selected player misses unexcused or misses two sessions he/she will be dropped form their respective ETP training group, for that month, and another player from the club will be added. According to NM Rush Technical Director, Justin Sells; "This program is designed to get our top players within the club playing and training together once a week with some of our top technical staff and head coaches. As a former NCAA Division I and professsional player myself, I feel training with top level players in a different environment is needed to maximize overall player development."
